Hawaii by bean soup

This long weekend was rather dedicated to spend pleasing leisure times together than run variety of activity packed motorist programs. In spite of the fact we had not organised convoy drive at this time, and approached the venue individually, some of our members had long way to drive - least 3 but some needed 6 hours. The luckiest ones followed the instructions of their GPSs, the others followed the instructions of the others who already reached the small family hotel at Hegyhatszenivan.

Half of the group heated up the spot from Friday afternoon, by cooling down their body temperatures by more than couple of cold drinks, as late as the hard master popped up amongst the jolly company and proposed to approach their beds by quoting some contents of the pre-ordained domestic rules!!

In spite of the suggestion the nightshift would not be skip by couple insomniacs who provided enough noise to level the over-excitement of the landlord and the inactive sleepwalkers.

In exchange of the nightly excitements our wake up calls was not provided by mellow bird music, but rather by the "broom-broom" sound of motorbike engines, ignited by our friendly neighbour bikers who prepared for early morning excursion. Not so long after the increasing growth of gastric juice gradually extruded everybody from their comfy beds, least 15 pairs of hungry ayes were knocking on the garden tables giving the sign of the needs for some solid morning intakes.

Luckily all of us prepared for contingency, and soon after our ladies emptied the freezers, fried eggs were made on a hired electric stove and sausages cooked in open fire pot.
The breakfast was followed by a healthy walk around lake Vadasa, together with a short swim and Z club flag plunge, that is a long-standing custom if we stay near any waterway.

Others already enjoyed the "Hawaii program" around the outdoor pool, sunbathing on towers and deckchairs, and swimming in the cool pool water, what the returned walkers also joined quickly.

More cars and their passengers arrived during the day who quickly adjusted to the programs of beer drinking and swimming sessions.

Meantime our master chef started to prepare the bean goulash on outdoor fire using great number of ingredients that were not listed on any weight loss program recipes. A nice surprise were also presented after the dinner ... a white cream coated "Black Forrest cake" with the picture of a yellow 280ZX on it's top !!! It was a real shame when we cut the Z to pieces, but the air was hot and also worried about the collateral damages ...

Rest of this summer night went quickly beneath the starry sky discussing number of interesting subjects and experience of the hardness of sports car ownership.

After the Sunday brunch, some of the company set the backtracks to home, the others rather decided next to an extension and stopped at lake Balaton for an other half day enjoyments..
