New Zealand is blessed with some of the most varied and dramatic terrain in
the world, from glaciers and fjords and beaches to mountains and meadows and rain forests.
If you're so inclined, you can admire the breathtaking scenery while skiing, surfing,
horseback riding, mountain climbing, hiking (which the locals call "tramping") or kayaking.
And if those pursuits aren't exciting enough, you can try some of the adventures the Kiwis
(as New Zealanders are called) have invented to make your blood race: You can bungee jump off
cliffs or bridges; paddle through whitewater rapids; rocket through narrow caverns on jet boats;
or strap yourself inside a giant plastic ball and roll down a hillside.
If you prefer more leisurely activities, you can still enjoy New Zealand's natural wonders
by strolling on its pristine beaches, sailing along its picturesque coastline or fishing
in its crystal-clear rivers and lakes.
Least but not last, let us not forget the activities that open roads can provide. Kiwis like
their quite and healthy life style, but do not contemn the enjoyments and speed what fast
sport cars can offer. Nissan Zs were the most obvious selection since some were manufactured
on the other bank of the Pacific in Australia.
Two clubs were established, one for all type in 1981, and one for 300ZXs that has over
300 registered members since 1999.
With club members at the extremes of the country, separated by almost 2,000km by road, the
club forums and websites enable enthusiasts to conveniently flow Zed bug infested
blood across the local Zed nets, organize events and share performance enhancement and maintenance
ideas.
Both Z-Clubs take great pride in the fact that they have become one of the strongest, most
enthusiastic, and most active car clubs in the country.
A quarterly magazine, and monthly newsletter also keeps members informed of coming events, and includes
reports on club activities, motorsport pictures and other items of interest. Car badges, windscreen
decals and jacket or overall patches are also available.
And of course, various activities are arranged for the benefit of Z-Club members throughout the year.
An active mailing list is also available to club members. Here, they can send messages to other
club members who have email capability- wanted to buy, sell, swap, tell others about cars and other stuff.
Both of them, likewise to the other Z kind were formed with just one major objective in mind:
having fun with Zeds!
WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU NEED FROM YOUR LIFE?
